How to cook potatoes in various ways!

Crispy French fries

Pour enough oil into the pot, heat it to about 160℃, put in the potato strips and fry them slowly over low heat. At first, the potato strips will sink to the bottom of the pot. As the oil temperature rises, they will gradually float up and the color will slowly turn light golden yellow.
After frying for about 3-4 minutes, remove the fries and drain the oil. When the oil temperature rises to 180℃, put the fries in again and fry for 30 seconds to 1 minute, which will make the fries more crispy.
Finally, sprinkle salt on them while they are still hot, and a portion of crispy fries with crispy outside and tender inside is ready. Paired with ketchup or mayonnaise, every bite is full of happiness. Whether it is a casual snack or a main dish, it is perfect.

Rich potato soup
On cold days, a bowl of steaming hot potato soup can instantly warm the body and mind. Prepare potatoes, onions, garlic, milk, butter, salt, black pepper and a little flour. Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces, cut the onions into strips, and mince the garlic for later use.
Put an appropriate amount of butter in the pot, melt it over low heat, add the onion strips and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add the potato cubes and stir-fry evenly to coat the surface of the potatoes with a layer of oil.
Sprinkle a small spoonful of flour and continue to stir-fry for a while. Flour can make the soup thicker. Then pour enough milk to cover the potatoes, add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for 15-20 minutes until the potatoes become soft.
Use a blender to blend the ingredients in the pot into a fine paste. If you don't have a blender, you can also remove the potato cubes, mash them with a spoon, and pour them back into the pot. Add salt and black pepper to taste, boil again, and turn off the heat.

Baked potatoes with cheese
Friends who like cheese must not miss the baked potatoes with cheese. Wash the potatoes and bake them in the oven at 200℃ for 30-40 minutes until the potatoes are soft. Take out the potatoes, cut them in the middle, and scoop out the potato flesh with a spoon, making sure to keep the potato shells.
Mash the scooped potato flesh, add butter, milk, salt, and black pepper and mix well. Next, add shredded cheese to the mashed potatoes and stir until the cheese melts. Fill the seasoned mashed potatoes back into the potato shells and sprinkle another layer of shredded cheese on the surface.
Put it in the oven again and bake at 200℃ for 10-15 minutes until the surface of the cheese turns golden and bubbles slightly. The baked cheese potatoes are fragrant after coming out of the oven. The soft and glutinous potatoes and the fragrant cheese are perfectly blended.

Pan-fried potato cakes
