Breakfast Without Repeat: 5 Lazy Sandwiches
Have you ever had one of those moments? When you open your eyes in the morning, your brain is not yet awake, and your stomach is already rumbling. Open the refrigerator, but not a clue - eat cereal no appetite, call takeout and too slow, at this time, a delicious and fast sandwiches, is simply a lifesaver.
I used to think that sandwiches are just white toast with a slice of ham so boring, until I started to do it myself, I realized that this thing can actually play a lot of tricks. And all you need is a little bit of time and a few common ingredients, and you're good to go.
Today I will share my most often made, but also the most versatile 5 lazy sandwiches, from savory to fresh, from hot to cold food, to ensure that your breakfast every day, but also can eat happy and feel full.
1. American Classic: Bacon, Egg and Cheese Sandwich
A quick, calorie-packed sandwich that's just as satisfying as a bite!
When it comes to breakfast sandwiches, Americans can't get enough of bacon, egg and cheese. I make this sandwich at least once a week, so I can use all the ingredients I have in my kitchen.
Ingredients needed (for 1 person)
2 slices whole wheat toast (or English muffin)
2 strips of bacon
1 egg
1 slice of cheddar cheese
Butter or oil to taste
Directions
Fry the bacon in a hot pan over low heat until the edges are slightly curled and fragrant, then remove from the pan and drain.
Fry the eggs in the remaining bacon grease, half-cooked on one side if you like, or flipped over if you like them fully cooked.
Lightly butter the toast and toast both sides (a pan or a toaster will do).
Assembling order is recommended: toast → cheese → bacon → egg → toast. The cheese melts naturally when it's hot, so it's a real cure when you take a bite.
Tip:
You can fry the bacon the night before and reheat it in the morning to double the efficiency.

2. Mediterranean flavors: Avocado Turkey Cold Sandwich
Light and nutritious, a must-have for fitness people!
Want to eat healthy without sacrificing flavor? This is one cold sandwich you'll love. It's no-fuss, so it's perfect for busy mornings or as a lunchtime snack.
Ingredients needed (1 person)
2 slices whole wheat or mixed grain toast
Half a ripe avocado
2 slices cooked turkey breast
A dash of lemon juice
A pinch of salt and black pepper
Optional toppings: arugula, sliced tomatoes, red onion rings
Directions
Mash the avocado with a fork and season with a few drops of lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Toast is better when it's warmed up.
Spread avocado puree on the bottom slice of toast, layer with turkey, sides, and cover with another slice of toast.
Tip:
Buy a whole bag of sliced cooked turkey and refrigerate it for several days to save time and practicality.

3. Spice up your taste buds: Mexican Style Morning Sandwich
Spice lovers must try this version!
This one is a source of joy for me on the weekends, the hot sauce mixed with the fried egg tastes better than Starbucks.
Ingredients needed (for 1 person)
1 bread roll or tortilla
1 egg
A little chopped onion, chopped tomato
Shredded cheddar cheese to taste
Mexican enchilada sauce
Directions
Fry the egg in a skillet. The yolk can be half-cooked for a better flavor.
In the same pan, lightly fry the onion and tomato, soften and flavor.
Cut bread, spread fried eggs, vegetables, cheese, drizzle with hot sauce, bite bite hot satisfaction!
Tip:
Tips: If you want to have more “ink flavor”, you can add some black beans or Mexican avocado sauce!
4. Lazy version of French toast sandwiches
Don't miss this sweet treat, it's like eating dessert for breakfast!
Don't want to eat savory? This sweet mouth sandwich is a great way to satisfy a sugar craving without being too greasy for me.
Ingredients needed (1 serving)
2 slices of toast
1 egg
A little milk (about 2 tablespoons)
Cream cheese or peanut butter (optional)
Jam (strawberry/blueberry/raspberry of your choice)
A little butter
Directions
Beat the eggs and whisk in the milk to make a custard.
Sandwich cream cheese and jam in the center of the toast and compact the edges.
Dip the whole sandwich into the custard, front and back.
Place butter in a pan and fry on low heat until the top is golden brown and crispy.
Tip:
Sprinkle with powdered sugar or drizzle with honey to rival Brunch restaurant standards straight out of the gate.

5. Vegetarian Quickie: Mushroom and Spinach Cheese Sandwiches
Refreshing and full of flavor, vegan food tastes good too!
This one is designed for those on a “plant-based” diet, but even non-vegans can easily fall in love with its freshness and flavor.
Ingredients needed (1 person)
2 slices of toast or bagel
Small handful of mushrooms (sliced)
small handful of spinach
grated cheese
A little olive oil and garlic powder
Directions
Heat a pan with a little oil and sauté the mushrooms until lightly browned, sprinkle with a little garlic powder for flavor.
Add spinach and sauté quickly to soften, mix well with the mushrooms.
Toast on both sides, add veggies and cheese, and eat while it's hot.
You don't need to spend too much time, you don't need complicated cooking skills, as long as you are willing to use your hands, you can get up in the morning and have a “small fortune” of your own. Next time you wake up early, why don't you try one of these, and you might just fall in love with making breakfast.
